I have been a Nationwide customer since my parents joined me up. 46 years ago. I have always found them to be superb in their customer service, and the simplicity of their products for my needs. I have been a customer of Nationwide all my life, literally. Introduced by my parrents at birth I have always found them to be personable and approachable. The Flex direct account is easy to manage and ties in really well with other Nationwide products. I have found the account so useful I have recommended it to others. It's simple yet effective. I have been a customer of NatWest for the whole of my life and have never been disappoInted.
