Travel Insurance Perk is very valuable

The travel insurance perk for myself and partner saves us about £300/year even after upgrading to worldwide with medical conditions. This is a lot better value than some accounts that pay a meagre amount of interest. Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

Terrible customer service

Staff told me wrong information over the phone regarding my overdraft. Now received overdraft fee and they won't review the phone call to see that I was told wrong information - told me they can't refund the money and it's in the 'small print' Reviewed on: 31st August 2017
