I Love Nationwide

5
They cater to all your needs. In branch staff are very courteous and friendly and have great suggestions that they offer to customers e.g. re-mortgaging to save you money by changing to a lower interest rate - saved £1,600 per year. Very happy with that. Reviewed on: 21st August 2017

Fantastic

It was easy to set up an account with Nationwide, the customer service department were very friendly, clear and precise in their delivery of information. I am glad I opened this account. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Best bank account

I have had a flex account with Nationwide for nearly 25 years. The extras you get with the account are fantastic - travel insurance, mobile phone and breakdown cover. I would recommend Nationwide to everyone for their first class customer service and products on offer. Reviewed on: 1st August 2017

Awful awful awful

Was with nationwide for over 30 years and they treated me like dirt. Stay away. Reviewed on: 1st August 2017

They just don't listen to customer feedback!

1
Having banked with Nationwide for over three decades, I was disappointed that staff don't take notice of customer feedback. It's not acceptable to display politically-motivated posters inside branches. The result? I took my £150K to Santander. Reviewed on: 21st July 2017

No security to your account. Very poor services

1
Terrible bank. They can not provide security of your money and the money keep constantly disappearing from your account. It happened multiple times with me, and after that they also charge you money when your account is in overdraft (because the money been stolen). So my account been in minus until I closed it. The customer service is terrible. Departments do not communicate at all. I do not recommend this bank to nobody. It was a mistake of choosing this bank. Branches are very far. I think it is few in South East London area. Reviewed on: 21st July 2017

The app is so easy to use, I can see my account instantly and see what has gone in and come out, I love the impulse saver too Reviewed on: 11th July 2017

Flex magic

Been a customer for years simple to use and great rewards Reviewed on: 1st July 2017

Arbitrary withdrawal of overdraft

1
Despite an agreed overdraft repayment schedule, when funds from another source were introduced into the account for a separate purpose, Nationwide took what was owed on the overdraft leaving me £2000 short to repay an endowment. Reviewed on: 29th June 2017
