very smooth no bother in general

only letdown is not much incentivisation for basic account members, ive been a basic account holder for over 10 years and am still on same account last time i asked about moving to a normal account without looking into it i was told wouldnt happen, this was some 4 years ago and embarrasment prevents me pursuing again lol. A handy bank account

Excellent service

I've had four Nationwide Flexaccounts for over 35 years now, and I've never had a bother. The staff are helpful and friendly, I've never been charged a penny to use the bank, and I've never had a problem. Here's to another 35 years Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

easy to navigate

disappointing

The savings rate for loyal customers seem to have fallen through the floor. new cusotmers are enticed but if you stay with them for many years, as i have done, you just get ignored Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

helped me recover from financial problems

I don't use banks as I am kind of blacklisted and the only place that would give me a basic account was Nationwide and I love them...I would never go back to HSBC, Barclays etc ever again even though I have recovered financially from the problems that I had x Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

Helpful and friendly, but

I love my bank because staff in branch are always helpful and friendly, and their online banking is great. On the downside - although some of their accounts offer competitive interesgt rates, they could do more for loyal customers. Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

Love nationwide

Friendly staff

I'm with Nationwide and I love my bank. The staff are always really friendly and approachable and I've never had any problems. I love their online banking app too with their instant saver feature. Reviewed on: 12th February 2016
