very positive

I have been a customer for over 15 years both in Northern Ireland and England and have always found Nationwide to be friendly , approachable and in tune with what its customers need. Interest rates haven't been the best lately for most banks but they now offer a loyalty savings account which is great. They were also very quick to pick up and deal with fraudulent action on my account.
