Customer of 30 years standing

I have been a customer of Nationwide for over 30 years. In that time I have found them helpful any time I have contacted them by phone, email or face to face. They have been mortgage providers for the 3 houses I have bought and they will continue to be my choice for banking, savings, insurances etc. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Fab Nationwide

Have been with Nationwide for years. I find them helpful, efficient and approachable. Nothing is too much trouble and changing mortgages was a breeze. I've been with them for nearly 20 years and I wouldn't want to change as I don't think any other bank could beat them. Reviewed on: 18th April 2017

Great Bank, Great Account

I have found nothing is too much trouble for the Nationwide. Whenever I've needed help with day to day banking, whether it's transferring money to another account, setting up direct debits, paying bills etc they have always been extremely helpful, pleasant and a joy to deal with.
