Have been with Nationwide for years. I find them helpful, efficient and approachable. Nothing is too much trouble and changing mortgages was a breeze. I've been with them for nearly 20 years and I wouldn't want to change as I don't think any other bank could beat them.

I have found nothing is too much trouble for the Nationwide. Whenever I've needed help with day to day banking, whether it's transferring money to another account, setting up direct debits, paying bills etc they have always been extremely helpful, pleasant and a joy to deal with.
