Review of the Nationwide, FlexAccount:

Moral but largely ineffective

Nationwide have again sent out notification that selected customers will be receiving £100. This is an interesting way for a building society to reward customers, especially as the interest rates are very low to non-existent. Nationwide is trustworthy to my mind, but probably not the right choice for anyone trying to be savvy about money. Their lack of branches near me (in a busy urban area) is a big failing sadly. Reliable & mutual

I like the fact that Nationwide is its members, it’s unique & I love them for it. I find the app so easy to use, I can move money & pay bills very easily. I’ve always had a good experience with Nationwide whether it’s online or in person. Staff are friendly & knowledgeable. I’d recommend banking with Nationwide every time! Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

Good service from local Lincoln branch

Not had a Nationwide current account for long, but I have found the local branch very helpful, particularly with regards to transferring money for car purchase. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Flexible banking with a human face

I've had accounts wth Nationwide for years. They products they offer are straightforward and always good value compared to competitors. They also still have a branch in my local high street and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Online banking is great but sometimes you need a person and Nationwide provides that. Great app banking
