Flexible banking with a human face

I've had accounts wth Nationwide for years. They products they offer are straightforward and always good value compared to competitors. They also still have a branch in my local high street and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Online banking is great but sometimes you need a person and Nationwide provides that. Well-designed with great customer service
