Rubbish bank avoid

So glad we still have a branch we can visit.

So glad we still have a branch we can visit. Although I do a lot on-line it is reassuring to have a place you can go to if it is needed. I have also used telephone assistance which was also excellent. I did have one issue that couldn't be sorted out, but on the whole very good. If I could give no stars, I would!

If I could give no stars, I would! Absolutely incompetent, functionally locked accounts because they failed the set up properly, app and internet banking appalling, tons of mistakes made, cost me more money in late payment fees than they 'gave' me as a new customer and a hit to my credit rating (despite having the money and being willing to pay) on top. Takes over an hour to get through to them (don't even bother with the chat function) and out of three formal complaints all thr... Reviewed on: 1st April 2025
