If I could give no stars, I would!

If I could give no stars, I would! Absolutely incompetent, functionally locked accounts because they failed the set up properly, app and internet banking appalling, tons of mistakes made, cost me more money in late payment fees than they 'gave' me as a new customer and a hit to my credit rating (despite having the money and being willing to pay) on top. Takes over an hour to get through to them (don't even bother with the chat function) and out of three formal complaints all three have been batted away, all showing they'd not even read the complaint properly, once blaming the postman! Sheffield Credit Union is a true community resource!

Excellent, community based and owned local company who have been helping people out for many years. I have savings and loans with them and they have always been so helpful, kind and supportive. Full marks! Reviewed on: 9th June 2021
