Been with Nationwide for over 20 years and have never once had an issue with their services. Customer service have always been beyond helpful and I'm always confident about being able to contact them for any queries. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

Solid

I also use Monzo and some of the newer disruptor saving/banking apps, and while I really appreciate their new features, I've not yet switched over as I appreciate the reliability of Nationwide. There's nothing particularly innovative with them, but equally I've never had much difficulty - they're simply a dependable company who I'd trust with my money Reviewed on: 9th February 2020

Flex account well worth having
