Been with Nationwide for over 20 years and have never once had an issue with their services. Customer service have always been beyond helpful and I'm always confident about being able to contact them for any queries. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

Nice and neat everyday account

Offers a comprehensive package with travel insurance, mobile phone insurance and a nice small credit every month. Great customer service too Reviewed on: 2nd December 2019

No problems

I have never had a problem with Nationwide. They are very zealous about card security and have blocked my cards when scammers have managed to get my details. The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is because their customer service on the phone can be a tad slow. It also has the annoying automated thing you have to talk to. Also it’s hard to find the customer service number on their website; they obviously want you to try online customer service options first. But this is annoying when you know your issue can only be dealt with over the phone. Reviewed on: 29th November 2019

Great account!

I really like the flexaccount with nationwide. You get rewarded interest on your account each month, and can make an extra £100 by reffering a friend. I went through the process and it was really quick and easy. I also like how I don't get charged for swift transactions. Highly recommended! Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019
