Excellent value - and so far it delivers

It's hard to argue with the value of the FlexPlus account - £13 a month for worldwide travel cover AND mobile phone insurance AND breakdown/recovery makes it a no-brainer for me as I'd be buying all those anyway. I was a bit concerned whether the breakdown cover would match up to my previous provider but I had to use it over the Easter weekend and it was excellent service. Quick, efficient, friendly. A stonkingly good mutual banking service

Amazing service with the flex plus

Amazing service with the flex plus, insurance and breakdown cover included within the monthly price. I've had to use the breakdown service a few times and it's now provided by the aa. In-store and online service is great, everyone is really helpful and friendly. Reviewed on: 24th February 2024
