Easy to understand!

The app and website design is fantastic. Everything runs like clockwork. It's easy to view your accounts. Simple to send and receive money, set up standing orders or direct debits etc. You can get text alerts that make it easier to keep an eye on your balances. Reviewed on: 7th May 2017

Great Bank Since Childhood.

The best bank

I've been wit NatWest for years and they have always had top customer service and even if you go overdrawn they don't charge you for over a week to let you get back on track. They have always helped me with any problem I've had which involved my card being cloned and losing my card abroad. Reviewed on: 27th April 2017

Great all round

I have always had an account with natwest, from young saver to current account. If i have had to make a complaint it is dealt with efficiently and in good time, I have always been kept up to date with what action has taken place. Both in branch and online have been pleasureable experiences. The staff are happy and friendly are never fail to great you with a smile. I would Highley recommend natwest for its services. Great one to one talk with adviser
