I love this bank

I love everything about this bank. I'm always informed of what's happening with my money. The phone app and online banking are both great - simple to use and very convenient. When you call to speak on the phone everyone knows what they're talking about and I always leave the phone call with my questions answered. I got into a spot of bother with money and the in-branch team were fantastic - especially Jay on Marylebone High Street! There was no judgement and he kept me on track with regular catch-ups to see how my financial affairs were going. I cannot recommend Natwest enough. Best bank account I've had by far. Great app

The mobile app is great for checking your balance, the rewards service is good. They have a reminder that tells you if you have gone over your overdraft limit and gives you time to rectify that. Reviewed on: 6th February 2017

Human contact means so much

In a small town where several banks have closed over the last few years, NatWest have extended opening hours and have brilliant customer service! Every customer is given the time they need to complete transactions, not rushed, staff know their customers and offer real help. You can come into the bank to do online banking (not everyone has internet access at home in rural england - whatever society may think!). In a world of automation and minimal communication, Leek branch of NatWest is a truly local bank. Reviewed on: 6th February 2017

Could do better

My mum needed paper currant accounts as she was 93 and we were sorting out her affairs in the end we gave up trying to get them as now a days everything is for the computer generation, what about helping older people!! Reviewed on: 3rd February 2017
