Excellent customer service

A close relative died and as executor I had to close the accounts he held at NatWest, the customer service was fabulous, the staff were patient, kind and took their time to explain they could release funds for funeral expenses. I found out that the High street bank is more than just about looking after your money, they can help, advise and support your family when they really need it. Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

Easy, reliable and decent

I have always been with Natwest, but despite changing pretty much every other product regularly I've never felt tempted to jump ship. Their account is easy, reliable, quick to fix problems and everything I need. Having heard very little as positive from friends who are switchers - this is one bank I won't be ditching anytime soon. Simple to apply and easy to manage!

I have been banking with Natwest now for 8 years and I have never had a problem that wasn't fixed straight away. Great brand and one I trust! Easy basic account with direct debit facility which is great! Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

Great customer service

Natwest Basic Account

I think Natwest are fantastic! There mobile app is easy to use and very useful! You can top up your phone, send money in seconds and evern get a code if you forget your bank card to withdraw your cash! I think there customer service is also fantastic!
