Unrewarding

I've had an account here since I was a child. A couple of years ago they removed my overdraft facility with no reason and I get no interest on the account. Add to that the computer glitches which stopped everyone from using cards etc and I've decided to move bank Reviewed on: 10th February 2017

Pretty standard

I've banked with Natwest for around 6 years now, and never had a problem. Staff have always been helpful and friendly in branch, online banking works well and is pretty simple to use. Only thing that I would change would be more branches,as there isn't one in my town. Reviewed on: 10th February 2017

Efficient and effective

Efficient service with the added ease of being cable to use an app on the go, bank at my local post office branch or pick up the phone and have a human being to talk to who can provide reassurance or help whenever I need it. They also have a handy text service which lets me know my balance straight to my phone on a day and time which suits me. Reviewed on: 10th February 2017

Easy no nonsense account but watch out for £6 fee if you go overdrawn

I would not recommend Natwest as they are closing too many branches

I love this bank

I love everything about this bank. I'm always informed of what's happening with my money. The phone app and online banking are both great - simple to use and very convenient. When you call to speak on the phone everyone knows what they're talking about and I always leave the phone call with my questions answered. I got into a spot of bother with money and the in-branch team were fantastic - especially Jay on Marylebone High Street! There was no judgement and he kept me on track with regular catch-ups to see how my financial affairs were going. I cannot recommend Natwest enough. Best bank account I've had by far.
