Great insurance package

Great insurance package but ensure you do not just let them renew your policy without calling them for a better quote. They emailed to say thank you for renewing and I called as I compared other prices and they were too high and I got the exact same package as I was renewing for over £125 less per year. Excellent customer service, sent a replacement card very quickly and offered an alternative method to withdraw cash if I needed to get money out before my card arrived Reviewed on: 29th November 2018

Automatic renewal at very high rate

I had my car insurance renewed at a very high rate, I had to call and re negotiate and got a much cheaper quote at nearly 50 percent less but I had to pay to move to the cheaper option.
