I love this bank

I love everything about this bank. I'm always informed of what's happening with my money. The phone app and online banking are both great - simple to use and very convenient. When you call to speak on the phone everyone knows what they're talking about and I always leave the phone call with my questions answered. I got into a spot of bother with money and the in-branch team were fantastic - especially Jay on Marylebone High Street! There was no judgement and he kept me on track ... Great card, great deals, great online banking

What I love about this card is this online banking. Everything is laid out simply so you can find what you need. On the homepage it lets you know in advance when your interest free periods are ending rather than having to locate this on the statement like with some other cards. This card also has long interest free periods on balance transfers and cash transfers which are updated monthly. Reviewed on: 24th January 2017

Online banking is not up-to-date with 2017...

The online banking is not easy to navigate. It's very basic and there's a lot of work involved trying to find out basic information. Every time I log in I forget how I last found some information as it's so long-winded, so I have to click on every link to find it. Virgin Money should take note from other online banking sites, like Barclaycard or Natwest. Much more straightforward and user-friendly.
