Good basic bank account

Modern banking

App is fantastic, easy day to day banking, natwest always seem to be on the ball with technological advances (apple pay, fingerprint access etc) there are still cumbersome basic issues to be addressed like pending transactions but overall very happy with service Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

Reliable bank

Banked with Natwest for over 10 years and they have never let me down. Good rates on loans and their customer service is good. Only bad point is that they are shortly closing my local branch. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

Opened two accounts for me when applied just the once

I applied to open an account which then timed out, it asked me to reapply, however when i did they set up two accounts for me! This is now showing on my credit score which is frustrating as this cannot be amended. Reviewed on: 29th May 2017
