Easy on-line banking

I never visit a branch, as all of the facilities are available on-line and on the app. Any time I have needed to speak to someone on the phone they have been knowledgeable and helpful. Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

25 YEARS AND COUNTING

First bank account opened in my teenage years and have been a loyal customer ever since and seen the bank evolve. I trust them with my loans and savings & credit cards and have been exceptional all the way through my life. Great website and very understandable app. Every time I've been in store the staff have been a credit. Even once when I did have to complain the service was impeccable. I Saty but i wonder why i do

they make so many mistakes and if you ask for a service you have to ask a millions times . only ever one person on the counter and often rude staff ( but not all staff ) Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

Great App

Mobile App has limited features

Have always banked with NatWest , but in recent years have been using the Mobile App. I think the App is fine for balance checks but needs improved functionality in terms of mortgages and ISAs. Reviewed on: 5th November 2017

Awesome Banking app and online

Great bank account can not fault it

Long-standing customer

I have been with this bank since I opened my first account in 1959 with the Westminster Bank. I have never had any reason to change. Reviewed on: 19th September 2017

OK with no frills.
