I Saty but i wonder why i do

they make so many mistakes and if you ask for a service you have to ask a millions times . only ever one person on the counter and often rude staff ( but not all staff ) Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

Mobile App has limited features

Have always banked with NatWest , but in recent years have been using the Mobile App. I think the App is fine for balance checks but needs improved functionality in terms of mortgages and ISAs. Reviewed on: 5th November 2017

Long-standing customer

I have been with this bank since I opened my first account in 1959 with the Westminster Bank. I have never had any reason to change. Reviewed on: 19th September 2017

Natwest have demonstrated their love of profit at the expense of their loyal customers. They would rather close down local branches that affect many people i.e. Old (one's without internet), small businesses and the general public. Reviewed on: 14th September 2017
