Efficient and helpful

Pretty decent bank

Easy on-line banking

I never visit a branch, as all of the facilities are available on-line and on the app. Any time I have needed to speak to someone on the phone they have been knowledgeable and helpful. Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

25 YEARS AND COUNTING

First bank account opened in my teenage years and have been a loyal customer ever since and seen the bank evolve. I trust them with my loans and savings & credit cards and have been exceptional all the way through my life. Great website and very understandable app. Every time I've been in store the staff have been a credit. Even once when I did have to complain the service was impeccable.
