lack of support

Natwest have demonstrated their love of profit at the expense of their loyal customers. They would rather close down local branches that affect many people i.e. Old (one's without internet), small businesses and the general public. Reviewed on: 14th September 2017

Rubbish experience

Was looking to start a new account with NatWest and transfer 25K to open, however, they could not accommodate as there were no customer service reps available and next appointment was for the following week. If NatWest is doing so well that they can turn away potential new customers and their money, that's fine with me! I was able to open an account with Nationwide same day without any trouble. Goodbye NatWest as I now see you're ranked among the worst banks so I feel I dodged a bullet by going elsewhere. Reviewed on: 28th July 2017

I have been with Nat West for over 40 years. I have never had hassle when I approach for any kind of request, be it mortgage or loan. The Nat West APP is super-p. I am a pensioner., it is so easy to navigate and use. Well done NW. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2017

Effortless banking
