Worth the extra money

PetPlan pay directly to my vets so I don't have to pay upront and claim it back like with some other insurers. It may be a costly insurance but it's definitely worth it for peace of mind. Reviewed on: 19th July 2018

Good customer service

Barclaycard have great customer service but their Freedom Rewards card is somewhat lacking. It takes forever to build up enough points to earn a voucher (I think it's a £5 voucher for every £5000 spent). Reviewed on: 8th April 2018

Pretty decent bank

Pretty decent and trustworthy bank. Having said this, they don't do much to incentivise you to stay with them like some other banks do. Reviewed on: 6th November 2017
