NatWest is my favourite bank!

I've been with NatWest for pretty much my whole like and I cannot fault them on a thing. I've never had any problems and customer service is always a breeze to deal with. I also like their free incentive scheme where you get cashback on certain stores. Great bank! Reviewed on: 2nd January 2017

MOST HELPFUL BANK I HAVE BEEN WITH

I HAD MY BASIC ACCOUNT FRAUDED, NATWEST WAS VERY HELPFUL Reviewed on: 1st January 2017

Not a bad bank, lacking flexibility with favoured overdraft rates.

I've been with natwest for over quarter of a century. They use to have a buffer if you go overdrawn less than fifty pounds you wouldn't be charged any interest. Now you go a penny you get charged six pounds and interest for the amount of time you had been in the red.. Reviewed on: 29th December 2016

Brilliant Service but a Flaw...

NatWest have also been fantastic at keeping me up to date with my account, especially the text alerts which help me manage my day to day spending. The only flaw is that I wish that the account number and sort code were on the card. I needed to go into the branch to get mine which was inconvenient. Reviewed on: 24th December 2016
