No problems

O.K. But very basic account

O.K. But very basic account with little added value or extras. Statements could be clearer and bolder, particularly for the visually disadvantaged and hard to see. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Nat.west. always on the case in the nicest way

Nat.west. have always looked after my account. Recently I wanted to transfer a large amount from my account the move was blocked followed by a pleasant security call to confirm that I was happy and not being forced or scammed the transaction was completed, just the latest compliment I can give. Really poor customer service

When I needed some customer support, they were horrendous. I had the example where I was scammed by a car rental company and lost money and also having people using my bank cards. One bank straight away blocked the use of my card, NatWest did nothing about it after contacting them twice! Reviewed on: 30th January 2025
