Not good if you get into financial difficulties

I had a bank account and loan with NatWest many years ago. I got into financial difficulties and did struggle to keep up the payments. NatWest continued to take payments from the account which did not have enough money in it at the time. Then charged me interest because the payments were not met causing the account to go further and further into debt. Reviewed on: 9th June 2019

Really poor customer service

When I needed some customer support, they were horrendous. I had the example where I was scammed by a car rental company and lost money and also having people using my bank cards.
