Useless

The only good thing about Natwest is the app. Other than that they are useless. Making payments is a nightmare they block payments. Being able to spend your money has never been so difficult and stressful. Been on the phone for 1.5 hours today trying to pay an invoice. Been trying to pay this invoice for 3 days absolutely ridiculous. I have been with many banks this is hands down the worst I have ever dealt with. I will be changing asap. 2 months on and still no 2nd business account.

Shocking. Trying to open a current account so my new business can trade. Not seeking a loan, just the ability to employ people and meet consumer demand in an economic crisis about to cause millions of redundancies. That's us trying to do our bit, it would be nice if the bank could do their basic job. Reviewed on: 4th August 2020

Easy Business Banking

We have always found our business account most easy and efficient. Starting out with an actual Business Manager at our branch, we now do it all online. Direct Debits are so easy to set up, as our payments in from our credit card facility. On the rare time we have had a difficulty (one supplier set up a 2nd direct debit by mistake) we got instant help to sort it out, refund us and leave us not out of pocket. With instant confirmation of what funds are in our accounts we can keep on top of our finances - one less thing to worry about in these challenging times. Reviewed on: 10th July 2020

30 years banking with them but, ready to jump ship. TERRIBLE

I have been trying to open a second business bank account since 17th May, it is now the 1st of July and it still isn't open. I have been on hold for a total of 8.7 hours across 9 weeks. I have today decided to leave the bank. THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING ME THROUGH COVID-19 AND MAKING MY ENTIRE BUSINESS FOLD Reviewed on: 30th June 2020

Bad bad service from NatWest!

NatWest business are full of wrong information and false promises! They are an utter joke! Please do not use this bank if you can call them that! Will be changing personal and business banking and never use again!!! Reviewed on: 29th June 2020

Current account

I am very satisfied with Nat West Bank they keep me updated on all changes , I get 3%interest paid on my regular direct debits for utility companies to my account making me a little extra every month, an they are always on hand for any questions you may need answered. Reviewed on: 11th June 2020

Terrible Experience

They could not process a simple mandate and its been a month. They are very slow in responding and due to their carelessness, our business had suffered financial and reputation damage. Reviewed on: 18th January 2020

Poor customer service

Opening an account for a small club has been a nightmare. Wrong and out of date forms, wrong guidance, half hour waits on the phone for a customer advisor and few of them actually able to give you the right information. This experience makes the Titanic incident seem like a boating lake accident. How this bank thinks it can advise on business is beyond me Reviewed on: 10th December 2019
