Rewards can be exchanged for eGift cards or cashback, or you can choose to donate them to charity. This current account has a low monthly fee and gives account holders access to NatWest’s mobile banking app.

East or West NatWest is the Best!

I have been with NatWest since I was eligible to open a bank account on my own nearly 20 years ago and they are without a doubt the best bank whether it’s their reward accounts their, their app, customer service in branch or over the phone, even Cora is amazing! Everything is so straightforward and the people are just brilliant. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Modern and beneficial

Very easy to use app and security is second to none. I trust that my money is in good hands which gives me peace of mind. They also have great offers like Round Up's Savings Accounts and big money competitions on the odd occasion (sometimes winnings of £10'000!). Moved from Lloyds and never looked back. Decent cash back rewards

A simple account that has £2 per month subscription charge but you can earn about £10 plus per month just by having DDs to utilities etc. Great banking app, security and easy to move your money around and make payments. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Reward Account - Monthly Rewards underpinned by a solid App

Have held a Natwest reward account for a number of years, as a primary account and I have been impressed overall with Natwest's phone & online banking Apps. The level of security is just about right, with additional safeguard's (facial recognition, App approval for transactions etc) added over time, but not too overburdening, that it makes tasks difficult, as have found in the past with Apps from other Financial companies. Phone Alerts help greatly with managing the account. Helps still having a local branch still open, the staff are always helpful and friendly. Only had one poor experience with Natwest in recent years, so the experience hasn't been entirely perfect (after visiting the branch to split the account, assured the overdraft facility would remain, only for it to be pulled a couple of weeks with a slightly threatening warning, wouldn't have felt so aggrieved if the letter was better worded and on reflection, it's always nice not to be indebted by any form of overdraft) but on the whole, have been very happy and impressed with Natwest overall.
