Review of the Freetrade, Online Share Dealing:

Great simple and transparent share trading platform

Have over the years, used a number of online share trading platforms, but have been really impressed with Freetrade over recent years. Very easy to navigate and simple interfaces for basic trading of UK, US & Euro stocks, as well as a wide range of ETT's. Has a really simple and straightforward portfolio overview. Low commission rates and good insights on prospective investments. Would highly recommend, don't think there's a platform out there right now, that compares. Reviewed on: 4th April 2024

Quick, Simple and Excellent App

Was very surprised at how quick the application process was. The App is very slick, simple and easy to understand and the loan product offers more flexibility than most, in addition to the monthly repayment, there is also an option whereby you can pay off as much extra as you want, which is a great option that you don't see on many similar products. Would definitely recommend Updraft as a product provider. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Review of the NatWest, Reward Account:

Reward Account - Monthly Rewards underpinned by a solid App

Have held a Natwest reward account for a number of years, as a primary account and I have been impressed overall with Natwest's phone & online banking Apps. The level of security is just about right, with additional safeguard's (facial recognition, App approval for transactions etc) added over time, but not too overburdening, that it makes tasks difficult, as have found in the past with Apps from other Financial companies. Phone Alerts help greatly with managing the account. Helps still having a local branch still open, the staff are always helpful and friendly. Only had one poor experience with Natwest in recent years, so the experience hasn't been entirely perfect (after visiting the branch to split the account, assured the overdraft facility would remain, only for it to be pulled a couple of weeks with a slightly threatening warning, wouldn't have felt so aggrieved if the letter was better worded and on reflection, it's always nice not to be indebted by any form of overdraft) but on the whole, have been very happy and impressed with Natwest overall.
