Reassuring customer care

New to this company after purchasing policy on line. Check back call from customer services going over policy details ensured I had the correct cover and also gave me additional information for services in the future when it’s time to renew. Competitive on price, always helpful.

I checked comparison site's for a quote for car insurance. They were, I thought quite good. I made a call to One Call insurance, my insurer's at the time to cancel my next year's insurance, and to my surprise they beat the comparison sites. Very friendly, polite and so helpful. Fast and efficient!

I needed business cover when I returned to social work and they found me the cheapest most reasonable quote in minutes.
