Tried, trusted and stayed!

Have been with One Call for a few years now. Looked at purchasing cheaper elsewhere and One Call almost managed to match it. So I stayed. Always on time with annual reminders and friendly, cheery staff at the end of the phone. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

One Call Insurance

Following my accident, the One Call Insurance team took immediate complete control by collecting my damaged vehicle and returning it fully repaired to my home. The accident was my fault but the stress was much reduced by the efficiency of One Call. I was brought a loan car to my home and kept updated about my vehicle throughout. Efficient service

I called to claim for a cracked windscreen and was booked in the same day to have this sorted out. Which is fab. Have found the service effficient however, it would be good to get the insurance premiums down as that seems to be a bit pricey despite many years of no claims bonus.
