Suspended my account for no reason just the day befo...

Suspended my account for no reason just the day before my wages went in so I had no access to them. Once the suspended ur account you cannot speak to anyone on live chat so you just get a gernetic email which they do not reply to. I sent all they asked for. 2 weeks gave past. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Fraudsters

THIEVES

NINE months they’ve with gels £1200 of my money. I’m a single mum of 2 young children and I’ve nearly lost my home because of this. Today, ALL OF MY MONEY HAS BEEN ILLEGALLY SENT TO AN ACCOUNT CALLED RTS! Who are these people???? How can we stop this? I’ve contacted FCA and FOS still nothing? My account is now at £0.00! I don’t know what to do anymore. Robbing vile scum. They’re leaving people in seriously shit situations. I’m very fortunate to have a brilliant support network who helped me financially, what happens when this is done to someone who doesn’t? Suicide at the hands of these people is close. I AM UNABLE TO ACCESS MY MONEY IN MY POCKIT ACCOUNT.

ONE STARS GIVEN, PURLY BECAUSE I CAN'T LEAVE MINUS STARS. FOR OVER 4 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO ACCESS MY MONEY IN MY POCKIT ACCOUNT. E-MAIL QUESTIONS TO POCKIT DO NOT RECEIVE CREDIBLE ANSWERS-IF THEY ANSWER AT ALL- AND NO TIME GIVEN AS TO WHEN MY ACCOUNT WILL BECOME AVAILABLE AGAIN. THEY ASK FOR PROOF OF MY VARIOUS DETAILS WHICH ARE ONLY STALLING METHODS TO AVOID DOING ANYTHING. WHY DOESN'T THE FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN DO ANYTHING? THEY MUST HAVE THOUSANDS OF POCKIT CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE CONTACTED THEM WHO ARE IN THE SAME BOAT AS ME. THEY ARE STILL TAKING ON NEW CUSTOMERS, HOW CAN THIS BE WHEN THINGS ARE AS THEY ARE? Disgraceful company

It's been over 70 days now pocket have frozen my account using legal technicalities to stop you accessing your money I recommended you contact the FCA and the Financial Ombudsman pocket are asking for verification which was sent when they first blocked the account I'm told nobody every reads any information and are probably laughing at you in the the pocket office while spending your money I used pocket mainly for ebay purchases I did not want to be defrauded my self I read some reviews where customers are in financial distress pocket it seems does not care. The founder of the company was on radio 4 money box programme promising to get all the accounts blocked unblocked this was all just talk . Reviewed on: 25th July 2021

Pockit need to be investigated and shut down for good

Opened an account a couple of weeks ago. I set up my new business a month ago and have a separate business account, i thought I would use Pockit to pay myself from the business account. I sent £50 to my Pockit account, then sent £100 and they have restricted my account. Starting out in business is hard enough but for them to do this is disgusting. I have sent ALL the info and documents they requested on the 20th July and heard nothing back and my account is still restricted and they still have my money. Outraged that Pockit are allowed to behave this way and reading some of the other reviews where people cant pay rent and have tried to commit suicide is unbelievable! Sketchy Company

Don't open an account here. They locked my account two months ago and no response after sending all the documents they needed. Chat is useless like these employees there are useless, why work for a fraud company? Shameful behavior. Even more shameful that FCA is allowing a company like this to trade. Over 60 days account blocked

It's now been over 60 days pocket have blocked access to my account now it says on the app screen i must complete the activation process i sent all these documents some time ago for the last 10 days i have been able to access my account online before this they blocked the app i told them how much was in my account sent them pictures and documents pocket are deliberately blocking access to my account and others and what's all crazy about all this it's your money not there's. Blocked

Hi guys anyone taking legal proceedings against this company let me know i will join you. I have contacted the financial ombudsman and the FCA my case is now live with the ombudsman pocket are trying to delay account activation by posting wrong email address asking again for verification i have no intention of sending any more information to them 55 days i have had no access to my account there's £160.01 on my account compared to some of you it's not much i feel for those who rely on this account to pay bills and rent i use the account for ebay purchases . When i contacted the FCA today they told me there as been many complaints made about pocket I'm flabbergasted how they still have any licence to operate in this country. Best of luck to you all . 50 days i no access to my moony

It's been over 50 days pocket have blocked my account we received email from them we have not forgotten you what have they been doing with my money it's not pockets money it's mine we hear there is over 1000 accounts blocked the founder of the company said on moneybox we are urgently getting this sorted 50 days still no click on the software to unlock my account .
