Don't open an account here. They locked my account two months ago and no response after sending all the documents they needed. Chat is useless like these employees there are useless, why work for a fraud company? Shameful behavior. Even more shameful that FCA is allowing a company like this to trade. Over 60 days account blocked

It's now been over 60 days pocket have blocked access to my account now it says on the app screen i must complete the activation process i sent all these documents some time ago for the last 10 days i have been able to access my account online before this they blocked the app i told them how much was in my account sent them pictures and documents pocket are deliberately blocking access to my account and others and what's all crazy about all this it's your money not there's. Hi guys anyone taking legal proceedings against this company let me know i will join you. I have contacted the financial ombudsman and the FCA my case is now live with the ombudsman pocket are trying to delay account activation by posting wrong email address asking again for verification i have no intention of sending any more information to them 55 days i have had no access to my account there's £160.01 on my account compared to some of you it's not much i feel for those who rely on this account to pay bills and rent i use the account for ebay purchases . When i contacted the FCA today they told me there as been many complaints made about pocket I'm flabbergasted how they still have any licence to operate in this country. Best of luck to you all . It's been over 50 days pocket have blocked my account we received email from them we have not forgotten you what have they been doing with my money it's not pockets money it's mine we hear there is over 1000 accounts blocked the founder of the company said on moneybox we are urgently getting this sorted 50 days still no click on the software to unlock my account . are now closing down our accounts and telling us our money will be returned - IT IS NOT. they refuse to acknowledge resolver - the FCA don't give a fuck and the FOS have been waiting since 16 june deadline for pockit to hand over their business dealings. on companies house PAYRNET have RESTRICTIONS PLACED ON THEM - yet pockit is with them and they are allowed to trade? this company is one big scam and they are defrauding the very customers they aim their advertising at. does it really need someone to commit suicide before something is done? virraj jatania LIED to bbc moneybox live saying he would look into it - the only thing he looks into is his giant vat of our money which he is illegally withholding! how can this company be allowed to get away with this? Pockit always remove my 1* feedback BUT if they think i am wrong TAKE ME TO FUCKING COURT! I've attempted suicide twice now and they stil won't give me my acc back. I've sent documents 100 times since March 15th holding my 1k I needed for rent was a gift off my dad and they asking where he got money from to send me! Just isn't normal my santander bank never done this and my dad sent me money loads of times to there he also doesn't hold a acc with pockit and doesn't have to explain why he sent his son 1k! theiving company that should have their fca licence REMOVED

am now in contact with FOS as they seem to be the only company that has the power to do something. i've contacted HMRC, Customs and Excise, Houses of Parliament, Resolver, FCA, FOS, which magazine, itech, fintech, financial times, bbc watchdog and bbc (also done interviews with them regarding pockit) - they are ILLEGALLY withholding peoples money putting their lives in severe danger. this company needs to be investigated for FRAUD - companies house information 6 months late along with late tax returns - how is this company allowed to STEAL our money and still get all the coverage it does? how long before someone does something "permanent" due to the stress this company has put on their lives? can't pay rent, can't afford to eat and depression so bad that we don't know what else to do? how can this company be allowed to do this to us? their own T&Cs state 35 days max if they "suspend" your account - for some of us it has been over 2 years? can't YOU do something about this?
