Shame to this company

I literally fed up of this bank I literally fed up of this bank, there’s no contact number, no live chat and no emails reply. Last week Monday someone used my card and I’ve been contacting Pockit since. No one has come back to me yet. I’m discouraged to use this bank again because that’s actually bad costumer service. As soon as I sort out my situation, I will move all my funds to my other account and stop using Pockit account forever. Reviewed on: 5th October 2021

Pockit account closed money not returned to source

Hello Thomas Moloney ‪119534319‬ I have had my pockit account restricted for over 6 weeks and been waiting over 5 weeks for a response from pockit regarding my account, as its still restricted, The stress of my account being restricted and not being able to access any of my dwp payments has really affected me I am unable to pay my rent or buy food to support myself this has been going on for over 6 weeks, I receive a email 6 weeks later last Friday stating they have closed my account and said they have returned my funds to the source but after speaking to the DWP my money hasn't been returned its been 7 days since the email so I don't know where my money has gone, this is causing me so many issues with my mental health and money problems, I am know now in rent arrears and struggling to eat because they have kept hold of my sick benefits payments and housing benefit. STOLEN MY MONEY

POCKET EMAILED MN THE 16TH AUGUST TELLING ME MY MONEY £160.79 AS BEEN RETURNED TO SOURCE ONE WOULD IMAGINE MY BANK ITS NOW BEEN 18 DAYS AND STILL NO MONEY AS BEEN CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT I HAVE ASKED POCKET FIVE TIMES TO SUPPLY THE EVIDENCE SHOWING ME WHICH ACCOUNT HAVE THEY CREDITED MY MONEY INTO AS USUAL NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. Refusing to supply information

Pocket bank closed my account today the 03/09/2021 no reason was given pocket blocked my 5 months when I tried to make a cash transfer the money was available in my account. Two weeks ago they said my money £160.79 wa returned to source on the 16th August the money is still not in my account pocket are refusing point blank to supply the information confirming which account they have paid the money into. Pocket bank is refusing to supply information about my request I asked pocket where is my money it shows on my account returned to source ? My account balance was £160.79 before it disappeared pocket can you confirm what account you have paid my money into. My account was blocked for no real reason I tried to ake a cash transfer off £150 funds were in my account pocket for no reason whatsoever they decided to block the transfer its now been 5 months the account as been blocked. Stole my account over a year ago and deny that I even had one to the Financial Ombudsman...

I've no idea how these people are still trading. They froze my account in Sept 2020 and ignored all emails until I opened a Resolver case. Even then they just kept saying they could only deal with my email directly, even though they never responded to anything I sent. In April of this year I got an email stating that my account was being closed and to provide an account to send the money to. I did this and was told money has been sent. It hasn't been. Nothing received and ignoring all emails since. No proof of transfer etc or even an acknowledgment of receiving the emails etc. I got in touch with the Financial Ombudsman service and Pockit denied that I even had an account with them. Absolute scum. Pockit reply to any review saying that they have to comply with FCA rules etc but I don't know what rules state that you have to ignore every email a customer sends you for months on end. NINE months they’ve with gels £1200 of my money. I’m a single mum of 2 young children and I’ve nearly lost my home because of this. Today, ALL OF MY MONEY HAS BEEN ILLEGALLY SENT TO AN ACCOUNT CALLED RTS! Who are these people???? How can we stop this? I’ve contacted FCA and FOS still nothing? My account is now at £0.00! I don’t know what to do anymore. Robbing vile scum. They’re leaving people in seriously shit situations. I’m very fortunate to have a brilliant support network who helped me financially, what happens when this is done to someone who doesn’t? Suicide at the hands of these people is close. ONE STARS GIVEN, PURLY BECAUSE I CAN'T LEAVE MINUS STARS. FOR OVER 4 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO ACCESS MY MONEY IN MY POCKIT ACCOUNT. E-MAIL QUESTIONS TO POCKIT DO NOT RECEIVE CREDIBLE ANSWERS-IF THEY ANSWER AT ALL- AND NO TIME GIVEN AS TO WHEN MY ACCOUNT WILL BECOME AVAILABLE AGAIN. THEY ASK FOR PROOF OF MY VARIOUS DETAILS WHICH ARE ONLY STALLING METHODS TO AVOID DOING ANYTHING. WHY DOESN'T THE FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN DO ANYTHING? THEY MUST HAVE THOUSANDS OF POCKIT CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE CONTACTED THEM WHO ARE IN THE SAME BOAT AS ME. THEY ARE STILL TAKING ON NEW CUSTOMERS, HOW CAN THIS BE WHEN THINGS ARE AS THEY ARE?
