Pockit need to be investigated and shut down for good

Opened an account a couple of weeks ago. I set up my new business a month ago and have a separate business account, i thought I would use Pockit to pay myself from the business account. I sent £50 to my Pockit account, then sent £100 and they have restricted my account. Starting out in business is hard enough but for them to do this is disgusting. I have sent ALL the info and documents they requested on the 20th July and heard nothing back and my account is still restricted and they still have my money. Outraged that Pockit are allowed to behave this way and reading some of the other reviews where people cant pay rent and have tried to commit suicide is unbelievable!
