Simple, straightforward, effective.

I have a one year fixed term savings account with you. It was easy to set up, and the interest rate, by today's dismal standards, is very fair. On the single occasion when I had to contact your Customer Services your agent was helpful, professional and resolved my issue immediately. What more could I ask of a savings account provider?
