Insurance choice awards winners 2023

Last night we held the awards ceremony for our eighth annual Insurance choice awards. The ceremony took place at The Underglobe London, hosted by comedian Lucy Porter. The awards recognise the very best of the industry, with some of the biggest insurance names in attendance.

There was a new winner for the coveted ‘Best big insurance company’, with Ripe Insurance taking home the trophy this year. Leisuredays and Insure4Boats were also first-time winners of our headline awards, taking home the titles of ‘Customer service champion’ and ‘Treating customers fairly champion’ respectively. Meanwhile, One Call Insurance Services Limited retained their crown of ‘Best overall insurance broker’, also winning ‘Best personal insurance broker’.

About the Insurance credit awards

Now in their eighth year, the awards are determined by asking customers to vote for their favourite insurance provider or broker by leaving them a rating out of five and then a review on the Smart Money People website. Smart Money People also asks the customer to give a rating for customer service, NPS, value for money and whether they felt fairly treated.

The Insurance choice awards will be back in 2024!
