Excellent customer service

I telephoned today as I had difficulty accessing my online account. I spoke with Danielle, who was professional, efficient, and who solve the problem quickly. This was very reassuring. I recently visited your ware branch and had a review with leah she was so welcoming and listened to all my needs and the requirements. she really helped me understand my savings better. But most of all she listened to me and my many story’s about being in the navy while she sorted my saving's out.
