I visited the Colchester office and as a new customer I am very impresse……..I have been looking for new building societies and it is important to me to speak to someone in person…….All staff are friendly and couldn’t be more patient in answering my many questions. Following an issue with our app and making withdrawa...

Following an issue with our app and making withdrawals from it. It was great to ring the help line and get an instant answer from a member of staff and not to be held forever in a queue.
