Society procedures neec to be improved.

I was unable to transfer money from one of my accounts online despite the fact that I operate all my Saffron accounts online. On the telephone, a very helpful member of staff was able to transfer the money to my nominated account but I couldn't. “Clunky” procedures like that certainly detract for the Society’s appeal to me. That personal touch

Cashier was a ‘nice’ person. Took my feedback of opening a branch in Cheshunt and said she would feed it upwards as you are looking to open another branch. With now no banks or building societies in the town, one would be extremely welcome. Reviewed on: 11th November 2024
