Society procedures neec to be improved.

I was unable to transfer money from one of my accounts online despite the fact that I operate all my Saffron accounts online. On the telephone, a very helpful member of staff was able to transfer the money to my nominated account but I couldn't. “Clunky” procedures like that certainly detract for the Society’s appeal to me. I am very lucky to have a local branch

I am very lucky to have a local branch, the friendly staff helped set up an ISA. I used telephone support setting up online access. They were incredibly patient sorting out a wrongly input password, staying with me each step in setting up the account access. Reviewed on: 12th April 2025

I needed help to get an online John-Paul was great he not only helped me with that but changed my savings account to a better one !. Great Service is Alive and Well at Saffron

I had some initial issues with accessing savings which required Saffron to expedite an account change. Ian who dealt with it was exceptional.
