Review of the Saga, Home Insurance:

Unjustified increase in premium

Renewal premium more than double. Rang and said I have just one question. The call handler clearly knew what I was about to say. Could not give me and reasonable answer about such a massive increase. Found it cheaper elsewhere BUT the real joke was that they used the same insurer as Saga! This was for landlord insurance and early this year Saga did the same with my car renewal! SAGA APPRECIATION

Good value for money and very helpful staff when dealing with a minor third party claim involving my dog. They liaised very efficiently with my pet insurers and did not dishonour my fixed price insurance when it came to renewal. Impressive. Reviewed on: 1st October 2021

Comprehensive cover at a competitive price

HOME Insurance

I have always had good service, friendly and helpful staff. Have never had to make a claim, but currently on a two I I have been with Saga for years, getting the magazine and currently have contents and buildings insurance on a two-year policy which saved me some money, with no increase for the second year. they have consistently given me a most equitable price for contents and buildings insurance, and cheaper that other companies in the past.
