Unjustified increase in premium

Renewal premium more than double. Rang and said I have just one question. The call handler clearly knew what I was about to say. Could not give me and reasonable answer about such a massive increase. Found it cheaper elsewhere BUT the real joke was that they used the same insurer as Saga! This was for landlord insurance and early this year Saga did the same with my car renewal!
