They never answer the telephone

We had a problem in the house Liking water from one radiator or a pipe in our room. My husband was calling then The telephone call was interrupted. Call again , they never answer the telephone He was waiting long time . We have the carpet wet and my husband ulledcthe carpet to see it. We had a disaster our sleeping room waiting today to call again. It is very frustrating . I don't recommend Saga to anybody. Reviewed on: 14th September 2023

Ramped up price then offered to see if they could do it cheaper when I challenged them

Got a renewal notice for home insurance. Not made any claim at all but price had gone up by over 65% I rang to challenge and the call handler offered to run through another quote to see if it would be cheaper. I said thanks but no as didn't appreciate the attempt to ramp thee price on an auto renewal then offer a new quote when challenged. Seem to have forgotten that trust in insurance contracts works both ways Reviewed on: 13th September 2023

Stress less

We are fed up shopping around evert year for insurance so we took out the three year fixed price available with Saga for home and car insurance. Since prices just seem to rise every year it seemed sensible and we are glad we did especially with recent price hikes. Reviewed on: 30th August 2023

Claims is a nightmare avoid
