82 year old neighbour left in the lurch

Our elderly neighbour had a major kitchen floor yesterday late afternoon. It was impossible to speak to anyone at saga. We had to stop the leak and spent the evening mopping her kitchen. It was the usual lies "we're experiencing an unusually high level of calls at the moment etc etc ". Waited 20 mins and hung up. Disgraceful Reviewed on: 17th February 2026
