I have been with SAGIC Home Insurance for many years. I have only had to claim twice but on both occasions the service has been excellent. On the first occasion, following a burglary, SAGIC were more than fair in the payout they made to me - they went above and beyond what they needed to do in terms of compensation. I have had home insurance for a number of years, (aprox 6 yrs). Very good customer service, call them up and speak to someone in UK. I called them with broken window emergency, they responded same day. Very reasonable and its part of Salvation Army, what's not to like? Reviewed on: 30th September 2024

Such a great example of customer service

From first call to completion I have found the Sagic team fully understanding, knowledgeable and on my side. Having experienced some issues with water leakage they 'held my hand' throughout. As an elderly person I particularly valued the reassurance they gave me. Reviewed on: 29th September 2024

I wish I'd known about SAGIC from the start

I wish that I had known about SAGIC at the beginning of my mortgage, rather than towards the end. The monthly premiums for my Buildings and Contents Insurance were very reasonable and manageable. Even when I had a query that fell outside my Policy, they were happy to give a bit of guidance. I'm also happy to know that my money goes towards ethical investment. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2024
