Customer support is generally helpful, although sometimes the waiting time can be long. I appreciate the wide range of services offered and the transparency in fees. I have only had to claim twice but on both occasions the service has been excellent. On the first occasion, following a burglary, SAGIC were more than fair in the payout they made to me - they went above and beyond what they needed to do in terms of compensation. Read more Read less

    I have had home insurance for a number of years, (aprox 6 yrs). Very good customer service, call them up and speak to someone in... I have had home insurance for a number of years, (aprox 6 yrs). Very good customer service, call them up and speak to someone in UK. I called them with broken window emergency, they responded same day.     I wish I'd known about SAGIC from the start

    I wish that I had known about SAGIC at the beginning of my mortgage, rather than towards the end. The monthly premiums for my Buildings... I wish that I had known about SAGIC at the beginning of my mortgage, rather than towards the end. The monthly premiums for my Buildings and Contents Insurance were very reasonable and manageable. Even when I had a query that fell outside my Policy, they were happy to give a bit of guidance. I'm also happy to know that my money goes towards ethical investment. Read more Read less
