A trustworthy and professional bank

A trustworthy and professional bank, never had any issues. App and mobile banking is easy and simple. The new rewards program is not really a rewards system more of a place to find voucher codes you could find anywhere else. Reviewed on: 27th May 2024

I have been a Santander customer since it was Abbey National and it has never let me down. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. They are my go-to for any financial advice. The online and mobile banking service is excellent too and very easy to navigate for an oldie like me. Reviewed on: 14th June 2025

The only problem sorted instantly

Reliable bank for current accounts

I find santander to be a reliable bank and I have help current accounts with them for years. In general the accounts with cashback are value for money but I would prefer options for accounts without monthly fees but with some benefits Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

Excellent Banking with Santander

I have been with Santander from when they started here. They have always been helpful. They email if they think that something is suspicious on my account. I find that an excellent feature that they check my account to stop any fraudulent activity. Their staff either in the branch or over the phone are friendly, knowledgeable and always help to sort out any concerns I may have. Reviewed on: 7th March 2025
