Looking good

The fixed rate term is coming to an end and I am looking to pay off the mortgage rather than move to another deal or go onto a variable rate. The information I was given suggests that this will be an easy process - not what I was expecting! Reviewed on: 26th February 2023

BEYOND USLESS

WOULD ADVISE TO BEWARE OF THIS BANK AFTER ABSOLUTE HELLISH EXPERIENCE.WAITING FOR A (SAR) FOR 3 YEARS.INSTEAD RECIEVED NOTHING BUT MISTRUTHS AND INCOMPETENCE INSTEAD.STILL WAITING TO RECIEVE MY INFORMATION AFTER REPEATEDLY CALLING SANTANDER AND VISITING SANTANDER BRANCH FOR THIS SIMPLE TASK TO BE PERFORMED.EITHER THEY ARE ALARMINGLY AND BEYOND INCOMPETENT OR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY HAS OCCURED WITH MY ACCOUNT AND STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT THIS AFTER TELLING SANTANDER FOR 3 YEARS OF THIS OCCURANCE TO MULTIPLE SANTANDER STAFF. I would give it to 0 if I could.

I would give it to 0 if I could. The experience is extremely awful, they are not professional at all. THEY DO NOT BOTHER TO CHECK YOR DOCUMENT AND JUST KEPT BOUNCING BACK AND SAID YOUR DOCUMENT IS NOT acceptable! Their employees do not even know how to check sharecode, just inform client and stated that the share code isn't working. Reviewed on: 6th November 2024
