Abdul (Khan) in mortgage sales I just wanted to say thank you again for your professionalism, patience, guidance and help with changing my mortgage product today. You made everything so simple and was friendly and ‘straight to the point’ which was really helpful, and I am pleased you were able to offer guidance that was easy to understand. As I explained, I am a property manager in sales and have worked in my industry for 23 years, have hired and fired people, and know what good looks like (and also what bad looks like also), so recognised how well you managed my obvious worry over the phone and got the right product that is right for me, thank you!
